<p align="left"><font size="-1"><font size="-1">San Francisco artist, <a href="http://www.briangrossfineart.com/artists/atrachtenberg/index.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Amy Trachtenberg</a>, opens an exhibition of paintings at Brian Gross Fine Art on Thursday, September 6, 2007, with a reception from 5:30-7:30 pm. In new work, the artist explores space, light, memory and history. The exhibition will be on view through October 27.</font></font></p>

If you haven't had the occasion to see this show yet, do your best to make it before it closes. The ongoing video documenting the recent history and suppression of the popular uprising in Oaxaca is remarkable, and should be seen by all.
