Converting Nonsite to Site [1]

The following design was drawn up during the DNC, before I could have fathomed that, one week hence, the Alaskan Citizen Dividend (which is a social giveback from the private sector enforced by an interventionist governor) would be used to promote a go-it-alone RNC ticket. Still, no surprise---powerful individuals stepping up to diminish government empower government to do so. Partisan extremism is used to equip and elect a candidate who will reach across the aisle (the 'commons' of toxic gridlock) and put an end to partisan rancor. Fat chance. Our highest form of social organization is perceived as anywhere between 'us' and 'inimical to us'. This is why I'm proposing the aesthetic as extrapolitical---as in 'outside of' and 'more so'. Outside of and more so as solid Nonsite ground---the art of our organizings measurable by an unanticipated directness of effect. Because of our gifts we're special...as in 'inapplicable', or 'possible burden on society'.
